Software Updates

If you wish to add software updates to any DPS package you have previously bought, or if your current updates package has expired...

You may get a password-protected user area, from where you can download all program updates for your bought products, major or minor, either monthly via arrangement on credit or debit card, or for a fixed period in advance - 6 months, 12 months, 2 years, etc. Note that anything other than best-effort email support must be purchased separately, including IM, VNC and telephone support calls.

12-month software updates (personal) for DPS

12 months of basic (personal user) software updates to all your purchased titles from our shop.

This basic updates package has benefits, like exclusive member access to our downloads area for all updates to all AudioEnhance products, and includes discounts on related and future software, such as Evolution Scheduler. The price is £120 for the next 12 months. You then may upgrade to future major developments free , as well as receiving routine software enhancements as they are released. Support is supplied on a best-effort basis via email only. (Please contact us if you would like a formal support contract via telephone or IM).

If you do wish to pay monthly, at 12 GBP per month, please mention this in the 'your notes to us' area on the order form when you proceed.

12-month software updates (semi-pro)

For semi-professional users only. By our definition, this may include mobile discos, hospital radio and any similar part-time venture. Please contact us to check you qualify

Product updates for 12 months to all your purchased titles from the AudioEnhance Shop. Semi-pro users get a password-protected user download area where all updates, major and minor to all products are available.

For full time satellite, terrestrial and DAB stations. 12 months of software updates for all your purchased product titles.

You get a password-protected user area for 12 months from wher you may always download software updates for your purchased titles. For commercial radio, terrestrial, satellite or DAB. Please note the PRO description is at our discretion and agreement with you; you may email us in advance to discuss your status

One-time upgrade Fee

One-time upgrade to latest DPS Version. Note: This fee ONLY applies if you DO NOT have a current support package. Support/update customers get major version upgrades FREE!

If you purchased DPS some time ago, do not have support/updates, and, for example, have rebuilt your computer system you may decide not to take out rolling monthly support.

However, as specified in our terms and conditions, we will not simply re-register your old version for free (see also the AudioEnhance EULA in DPS) if its more than one month old (non-support customers only)

Now we have added a one-time upgrade option where you pay 150GBP for access to the latest, supported version of the AudioEnhance Digital Playout System. Then we can generate you a new code and offer limited support for up to one month on the latest version.

Generally, the 10GBP per month option is preferred. Only this way can you be assured of always having the latest version, and free code regenerations (for the *same* machine as the license only!) for the lifetime of the product.
