Remote Desktop / telephone support is 495.00 GBP per year - or you can pay per incident.

Our tech staff will prioritize calls and incidents from supported clients. Included in this package is up to 10 hours of tech time. Remote Desktop help and telephone queries are included in this 10 hour period.

Any additional incidents may be paid for on a per-incident basis, or at an agreed hourly rate.

Recommended for semi-pro and professional users. Up to 10 hours a year of telephone / remote desktop support for your purchased AudioEnhance product. Email issues are also prioritized.

If you do not have support (even if you have updates) you may be asked to pay for support on a per-incident basis. If so, please pay here.

One support incident. Its more economical to purchase 1 year remote desktop / telephone support.

Software updates and support are not the same thing! We will only accept support incidents for users with the current DPS version. Therefore, you may also be asked to upgrade to the current version first, and this is NOT included in the incident fee!

IMPORTANT: the price shown per incident is 49.99 GBP. Note that this is a sample amount, and your credit card will be charged the AGREED amount. Please email us before creating a support incident.
